“The shoot felt like a big summer picnic: on a beautiful meadow at a lake, wild kids from all corners of the world running around, bikes, ice cream ... and parents casually chatting under a tree. Just as playful was their appearance in front of the camera – with the whole gang of kids playing assistants, animateurs, clowns and dance partners, speaking languages from French to English, German, Arabic, Pinzgauer dialect, Persian, and Chinese... A powerful shoot full of energy – just like a shoot with kids is supposed to be,” Susanne Stemmer tells us.
WOOM Bikes are safe, ergonomic, high quality, sustainable and free of poisonous materials. The high-quality, lightweight children’s bike was developed to suit the growing needs of kids and with lots of attention to detail. Susanne developed new imagery for the children’s bike brand in cooperation with the agency buero bauer. Also at the picnic was stylist Lia Carrier-Thabaret. Kids were styled and completely entertained by Birgit Fuchs, and then retouched by Roman Keller. “Giving as many kids as possible a love of biking is our mission,” goes the credo of Marcus Ihlenfeld, founder of woom. woombikes.com
