YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Event Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future and leading our events production team to deliver exceptional results to our diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, managing, and executing events in the fashion, lifestyle, and branded entertainment sectors.

Creating comprehensive event plans and schedules to ensure seamless execution.

Independently interacting with clients on project-based assignments, including delivering presentations.

Requesting and evaluating tenders to ensure we collaborate with the best partners.

Handling budget planning and control to meet financial objectives.

Coordinating and leading our talented team of professionals.

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a driven and experienced individual with a passion for events and a strong background in event production. Your profile should include:

3+ years of professional experience leading event processes.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, both internal and external.

The ability to distribute and prioritize work efficiently to meet project needs.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly responsible approach to event management.

Proven expertise in managing complex timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

A deep affinity for street culture, fashion, lifestyle, and branded experiences.

Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
