Core BLN is developing an out-of-home campaign for Brooks Running to mark the 50th anniversary of the Berlin Marathon

The Berlin Marathon is one of the five most important marathons in the world. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, the U.S. running shoe brand Brooks Running is launching an out-of-home (OOH) campaign in Berlin to promote the release of its new shoe, the Brooks Glycerin Max. Developed by the creative agency Core BLN, the campaign will be strategically placed near the marathon route, using location-specific headlines to celebrate both the unique atmosphere of Berlin and the features of the Glycerin Max.

"Our campaign is a tribute to Berlin’s vibrant energy, which makes the marathon so special. We wanted to show that the new Glycerin Max is like the capital itself: light, explosive, and always moving," explains Luca Rescheleit, co-founder and creative director of Core BLN, in a statement to GoSee.

The campaign will run for a week before and after the Berlin Marathon (Sept. 29) and will be supported by social media efforts and Spotify ads. The Glycerin Max, available starting October 1, sets new standards with its innovative sole, which combines two features in one material: explosive responsiveness in the front and comfortable rolling at the heel.
