“Friedrich and Johanna Gräfling are both in their early thirties and are the couple behind Salon Kennedy as well as the art association Wiesen in the small Lower Franconian village of the same name, bringing together two places dedicated to exchanges about art. The special part: Salon Kennedy is a place for gatherings and, not least, a home for the couple, their daughter, and their dachshund Ypsilon.
It’s an exciting residential concept that has, however, become quite normal for the young family, who doesn’t go around tidying up when visitors are due or an event is scheduled. We met up with Johanna and Friedrich both at their Frankfurt space and in their house in Wiesen to talk about how they live – and to bring them some of our furniture, too.” we quote FREIFRAU MANUFAKTUR.
Photographer Wolfgang STAHR c/o NERGER M&O accompanied the visit with his camera.
