Filip Poon is a chef and culinary innovator with a well-established social media following. He runs some of the most popular food and recipe channels in Sweden on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. His interest in food starts at home, and he is strongly influenced by his upbringing in a Chinese-Swedish home with two foodie parents who had very different cooking styles. Inspiring people to be more creative in their home cooking is his passion.”
