Take on the energy transition in a practical way – precisely what the campaign stands for that Tim ADORF c/o CLAUDIA BITZER had the pleasure of photographing in the greater Barcelona area for energy supplier E.ON, based in Esslingen, Germany. With real employees from across Europe, he created 6 key visuals and numerous side shots, making sure the slogan ‘It’s on us – to make new energy work’ is presented in just the right light.
The E.ON Group is one of Europe’s largest operators of energy networks and energy infrastructure, and a provider of innovative customer solutions for approx. 47 million customers. “We are, therefore, decisively driving the energy transition in Europe forward and are committed to sustainability, climate protection, and the future of our planet.”
Equipped with an energy grid spanning 1.6 million km that connects renewable energy plants and millions of customers. At E.ON we don’t just think ahead, we think differently: we give energy a second life, for example, by utilizing waste heat. Moreover, we are also making sure that both private households and the industry succeed in making the energy transition, whether with sustainable solutions such as solar power plants or wall boxes for electric cars. It’s on us to make new energy work.”
E.ON continues : “There’s not enough new energy? That’s not the case. Thanks to millions of sustainable power plants such as PVs and wind turbines, more and more clean energy is being produced. But it can only achieve its full potential if it gets to exactly where it is needed.
Which is why at E.ON, we are creating a reliable grid for the world of new energy. Our network, spanning more than 1.6 million kilometers, connects over a million renewable energy plants in Europe – from Sweden to the Black Sea. Picture an intelligent nervous system: it directs the energy precisely to where it is needed and optimizes the flow for maximum performance. Through end-to-end digitization, we make sure clean energy is used efficiently and sustainably, to meet our customers’ needs and protect the environment.”
The campaign was developed by the BBDO Group Germany, while MY WAY Productions was in charge of production on location.
