With CSX, CREDIT SUISSE is launching the next stage of digitization by combining the expertise and the comprehensive range of services offered by Credit Suisse for its clients with the user-friendliness of a neo bank. At the heart of the campaign is the film ‘Call of Customers’. The vignettes of the film and the print media realized are a tongue-in-cheek homage to familiar scenes from pop culture. The holistic campaign includes, besides TV, OOH and POS measures, also digital and social media advertising segmented according to target groups and driven by data, flanked by content partnerships and an influencer campaign.
