Swiss portrait and fashion photographer Marco Grob, who resides in New York, is a specialist when it comes to eliciting the very superpower heroes are known for with his camera. Eternals, Carnival Row, Citadel, Copperfield, Jumanji, The Witcher, … the list of his entertainment assignments with commercial clients in the film industry is as impressive as it is long.
Marco Grob began his career as a photographer’s assistant in Los Angeles. Upon returning to Switzerland, he opened a studio and worked as a still life photographer until 2003. Following a longer stay in Spain, Grob decided to change his career path and focus on portrait and people photography from then on. This was followed by years of travel, during which Grob worked and lived in Hamburg and Berlin as well as in Cape Town for two years. In 2008, he moved to New York.
Since 2010, Marco has been working with great passion and committment for the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) in order to report and educate about the global tragedy caused by 100 million landmines inflicting terror and causing pain around the world.
