In six action-packed episodes, 'Black Doves' tells the story of Helen Webb (Keira Knightley), who appears to the outside world as a loving wife and mother. Her husband (Andrew Buchan) is a British politician. What he doesn't suspect is that Helen is secretly working for the shadowy organization Black Doves. For a decade she has been leaking top-secret information about her husband's politics to her employer.
When her affair Jason (Andrew Koji) is brutally murdered, Helen naturally sets out to find his killer herself. She is supported by her senior officer Reed (Sarah Lancashire) and her loyal companion Sam (Ben Whishaw).
