In the first part of the volume, Parmigiana, Timballo from Gattopardo, cheese from Santa Lucia, bread from San Giuseppe and many other delicacies offer the opportunity to get to know the history, folklore and territory of Sicily: the peoples and cultures that have alternated on the island over the centuries have contributed to the extraordinary diversity of the cuisine - creating a very special bouquet of colors, aromas and flavors.
The recipes, interpreted from the perspective of three internationally renowned still life photographers, make up the second part of the book and offer the opportunity to prepare and bring Sicilian dishes to the table with a greater awareness of their value, which is as unique as the lifestyle of Dolce&Gabbana Casa.
