Lower Austria’s Selected Stays are special accommodations in four different categories: classic, pure, unique, and urban. A carefully curated selection of premium hotels for you to experience, relax, take a deep breath, let go, and simply be you.

Photographer Ian Ehm portrayed four of these unique hideaways with his camera : the Park Hotel in Baden near Vienna, Hotel Fernblick in St. Corona am Wechsel, the MALAT Winery & Hotel in Furth near Göttweig, as well as the Relax Resort Kothmühle in Neuhofen/Ybbs.

Lower Austria’s Selected Stays presents chalets, castles and very special highlights of the region, handpicked and certified with a seal. What these magical places have in common are their high quality, a close bond with their region as well as the authentic experiences they offer. Hallmarks shared by all are a vibrant history still lived and breathed today paired with each establishment’s very own vision of hospitality, their exquisite architecture and furnishings – and the joy of welcoming others.

Tourism is an important economical factor in the state of Lower Austria, which receives funding based on state legislation. Niederösterreich-Werbung GmbH was founded in 1995 and is owned by the state of Lower Austria (95 %) as well as the Lower Austrian Economic Chamber (5 %).

As the official tourism and marketing organization of the state, the company conducts cooperative business with the destinations as a service-oriented partner for the tourism industry. It is also responsible for marketing Lower Austria as a travel destination in Austria and abroad, and mainly across digital media.

Nach der Modeschule Hetzendorf begann sie ihre Karriere als Modedesignerin, gründete das Label Beagle & Susu und arbeitet als freiberufliche Stylistin und Kostümbildnerin. 1999 gründete sie die erfolgreiche Agentur Making Of für Hair, Make Up, Styling and Production. Sie arbeitet weiterhin als Stylistin und bildet die Stylisten von morgen aus.
