Kira BUNSE c/o BIRD PRODUCTION photographed the CARVEN Spring/Summer collection, designed under the guidance of British designer and visionary Louise Trotter, during Paris Fashion Week. The collection reflects the innovative spirit of Madame Carven, who founded the house in 1945 and is known for her hourglass silhouette. This is referenced by the new creative director with broad shoulders and an accentuated waist. With 40 new looks, the designer has redefined simple basics for the wardrobe : tightly fitting trench coats, transparent shirts, and elegant black dresses are all part of Carven’s revamped aesthetic.
