Perfect weather and exotic sets awaited the team led by Anita Patrickson, owner of footwear brand AMANU, when they realized the S/S ‘23 campaign in South Africa. KENT & CO PRODUCTIONS supported the shoot with photographer Ulrich Knoblauch and Avron Leto Williams, both c/o Supernova Creative Mgmt. The sandals from AMANU stand for sustainable fashion.
Also on the team were DOP Nick Burton-Moore, stylist Ardiel Desai, prop stylist Mark Davis, hair & makeup artist Alet Viljoen as well as Anoushka Ladewig and Noelle Graobe from Boss Models. Rob Kent presents us a selection here from the beautiful production.
AMANU sandals are manufactured in Anita Patrickson’s Studio in West Hollywood. “We believe in making objects that connect – connect us with the people, the history, and the process behind everything we do. We believe in the pursuit of less by embracing the tactile and the timeless. Sandals are one of the most ancient and universal talismans of history and craft. Each pair we create is entirely one of a kind, made by hand, and designed with a resourceful reverence for the past, the Earth, and the preservation of tradition,” says the Designer.
KENT & CO produces throughout the entire African continent as well as on the islands of the Indian Ocean. Founded by Producer Robert Kent, this independently-owned company specializes in high-end stills and moving image campaigns for the fashion and advertising industries.
