Outdoor meets fashion - RETOUCHED-STUDIOS post-produces for ELHO featuring world-class freestyle skier and brand testimonial ANDRI RAGETTLI
The ELHO brand was founded in Munich in 1948 by master tailor Ludwig Hohenester. Last popular in the 1980s, it is now experiencing a revival – reinvented by re-founder Donald Schneider. The brand is focused on sport and performance, which is perfectly reflected in the collaboration with ‘King of Freestyle Skiing’, Andri Ragettli.

“He’s a new type of athlete, a combination that I find that incredibly interesting. Plus, freestyle is one of the few sports where you can buy exactly what athletes are wearing in the race here afterwards and wear it anywhere, even in the city. Compared, for instance, to downhill skiers, who wear skintight ski suits with a logo that no one else can wear those in everyday life,” Donald Schneider tells fashionunited.ch.
According to Donald Schneider, the target audience consists of young adults aged 25 and older with an ‘urban background’, who also like spending time in nature and for whom ecommerce is the first choice.
