DUETTE honeycomb pleated blinds provide both privacy and protection against the glare of sunlight, while also helping to reduce energy costs and, above all, conjuring up a pleasant atmosphere in every room with soft light. All presented by Director Johannes MINK c/o KLAUS STIEGEMEYER in a new commercial for owner-led full-service ad agency Vasata Schröder.
Creation was in the hands of CD Heiko Schmidt and CD Art Kelly Dooling, with art buying by Ellen Kleinbölting (production: Anne & Paula, DOP: Jasper Techel). Styling was taken care of by CHRISTINA HOLZUM c/o KLAUS STIEGEMEYER.
“What a challenge to create sunny pictures with a focus on blinds in the middle of January when its snowing and raining outside. But we did it,” says Johannes MINK, who tells us that light and shadows are the key inspiration for his style. He has a special gift for capturing the intimacy of a fleeting moment. Regardless whether he’s working on a commercial shoot or a personal project, his dedication is always directed at eliciting the warmth and authenticity of his portraits.
