‘Cold Justice’ Isabel SELIGER c/o SEPIA illustrates the solving of a crime case for ProPublica
Since the 1970s, a physician from Baltimore secretly stored DNA evidence taken from rape victims because he believed that science would one day catch up. For hundreds of survivors, his trust in science has payed off. For the New York newsroom ProPublica, Isabel SELIGER’s c/o SEPIA images tell the story of a case which has finally been solved after so many years.
