ROKU, which translates to ‘six’ in Japanese, is the House of Suntory’s distinctly Japanese craft gin. ROKU is distilled using six unique Japanese botanicals and eight traditional gin botanicals. They are infused, distilled, and blended by the Japanese artisans from Suntory Spirits in Osaka, Japan, giving the gin a unique and balanced flavor.
Japanese beverage producer Suntory Holdings K.K., with its market share of around 70%, is Japan’s largest whisky manufacturer. The company was founded by Shinjirō Torii (1879–1962) under the name of Kotobukiya in Osaka in February 1899, making it one of the oldest companies to sell alcoholic beverages.
