Dejan & Per c/o SEVERIN WENDELER photographed the RIVIAN, the first all-electric pickup ever, in two different scenes : ‘Urban & Dust’.
The Rivian R1T is a battery-electric pickup truck built by American manufacturer Rivian. The model was presented in 2018 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The ‘T’ in the name stands for truck. In September 2021, the first customer vehicle was produced in the US.

Each wheel of the RIVIAN is driven by a separate electric motor. The wheel-selective drive control offers benefits, above all, when driving off-road and enables the vehicle to rotate on the spot with its tight-turning technique. The vehicle is designed for partial autonomous driving (Level 3) both off-road and on.
RJ founded Rivian in order to combine his love of cars with his desire to leave behind a better world for the generations that inherit from us. He is tireless in his mission of building an organization focused on cooperation, mindfully developed products, and a future that is equally exciting and carbon neutral.
As founder and CEO, RJ began with no capital, no team, no partnerships and no roadmap.
