Wolfram Schroll : aluminium, energy and steel. Photos for MONTANA TECH COMPONENTS, Vienna

MONTANA TECH COMPONENTS, Vienna commissioned industrial photographer Wolfram SCHROLL to create a company portrait.

Montana Tech Components AG is an industry group with a focus on technology and innovation, namely the three key divisions aerospace & industrial components, metallurgy and energy storage.

To be more precise, the company deals with aluminium products for aeroplanes, energy storage solutions and engineers – the industry group finished the year 2011 with a record-breaking balance.

Wolfram and two assistants travelled to five locations in Europe and USA, where they documented the incredibly modern production facilities.

Even the client's last-minute wish (literally during check-in at the airport) to have a few short video clips was also fulfilled.

Therefore, not only did the production yield lots of picture material for the new company presentation but also 60 sec. video spots for the management.

About WOLFRAM SCHROLL
Lube oil rather than hair spray, blue collar rather than haute couture, preferably the smell of steel to the waft of perfume. No models, no cool locations, just raw reality. I love my work - industrial photography. And I love the noise and the heat, the weirdness of the production lines, sometimes all a bit menacing. The people, salt of the earth, uncomplicated. And the permanent challenge of getting photos out of the dark production halls and complex machinery, photos that deserve the word picture. On behalf of customers, taking photos of machines that look as expensive as they actually are. Here at this website, you can sample of my latest work from the worlds of steel, paper, machine construction and medical technology....and of the people who work there.
