The heart of MONBRÉE is in Tyrol – because that is where designer Monika Brée, the creative mastermind behind the atelier, is at home. She designs for renowned fashion and interior design houses, among other places, in Milan, Frankfurt, and Vienna. And together with her team, Monika has been designing for her very own brand since 2017.
The MONBRÉE motifs presented here were photographed by Simone SCHNEIDER c/o ANDREA HEBERGER.
Reflected in each MONBRÉE model is Monika’s entire expertise and craft – from design sketches to the carefully selected materials and the finished bag. The leather craft has been passed down in Monika’s family for three generations. A valuable tradition that flows into the high quality of each bag and their manufacture at the atelier of Davide and Simonetta.
The campaign was photographed at Park Hotel 1970, in Vielbrunn. Unlike many other retro hotels, Parkhotel 1970 is an original: each table, each chair, each drape, and each place mat is in its original condition and has been here for more than forty years.
The pride and joy of the hotel is its James Last Suite, in which the German band leader, composer, arranger and music producer would stay when he performed concerts in cities such as Ludwigshafen or Frankfurt. The room still has all its original furniture.
