'Turning loose on the streets of L.A. ... ' - the personal transportation project by JEFF LUDES featuring the new LEXUS GX
Every moment, worthy ... - With the keys to a brand new LEXUS GX, transportation specialist JEFF LUDES didn't waste a minute and let the car show off as quickly as it could on the streets of Los Angeles what the freshly redesigned SUV has under the hood.
The new Lexus GX comes with new dimensions: it is 9.5 centimeters wider than its predecessor. The wheelbase has grown by six centimeters and the overall length by seven centimeters to an impressive 5.005 meters. The design of the luxury SUV, which is so popular in the USA, is edgy through and through - “unmistakably aggressive” as Lexus itself describes it.
With a good handful of locations on their hit list, Jeff and team moved quickly and purposefully - and came across many beautiful surprises in equally beautiful places. When the dust had settled, Jeff sat down to work out the final look and color in person.
Lexus is an automobile brand of the Japanese Toyota Motor Corporation that was introduced in the United States in the fall of 1989 and in Europe in early 1990.

After a false start shooting skateboarding, Jeff sought professional help and enrolled at Art Center College of Design in California. He graduated in 2002, and joined Fox a few months later. Following advice to "shoot what you love," he was surprised to find a provocative challenge in automotive photography- to make a product beautiful, in an image that creates an emotional connection.
