JOB PURPOSE 
 
As Account Manager for One Hundred Berlin you will be operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our Post Production studio. 
You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agencies and photographers.
You will define Team goals, oversee accounts management and negotiate offers and contracts.
Additionally you will promote the company thru different Marketing tools and international events.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize quotation
- Develop trusted relationships with key Advertising and Photographers Agencies
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our projects according to clients needs and objectives
- Define Team goals and business strategy
- Identify Business opportunities
- Prepare agency documentation and presentation for client meetings
- Prepare invoicing and keep up to date invoices status
- Prepare reports on business development and define new objectives
 
 
WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
 
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
-  2  – 5 minimum years experience in the above listed positions ideally in photographic, Advertising or similar field
- Microsoft office (Excel and Word) Business Level
- Perfect MAIL organization
- Highly intuitive personality and excellent organization
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Studio Manager, Project Manager, Administrator, Booker or Producer
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills German and English
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Strong knowledge of development software (Capture One, Lightroom)
- Ability to process large amount of RAWs files and create a look suitable for print & client requests
- Technical Abilities: path, channel masking, enhancement treatment, complicated composing, frequency separation, color corrections, liquify, transformations, grading, and perfect skin retouching technics
- Share and explain new PS techniques to the team or propose innovative solutions

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU ?
- Bilingual German and English is non-negotiable (French is a plus)
- People skills and Proven experience coordinating projects, preferably in beauty, fashion or advertising
- The terms PSB, raw file, soft masking and grading are no foreign words to you
- You have a good knowledge of the fashion industry, brands and agencies
- You are extremely reliable, punctual and hyper-organized
- Juggling between projects doesn’t scare you off
- You have an affinity for Microsoft Excel and you are capable to execute perfectly understandable documents rapidly


YOUR TASKS INCLUDE
- Receiving and analyzing client briefings
- Collect files and check if we have received all material needed
- Translating client briefings into tasks for the retouching team (in English), we are using Asana as a project management platform
- Set up internal deadlines and agenda to be able to meet client deadlines.
- Answering client emails and calls (English, German, French if necessary)
- Creating and updating image lists, cost overviews, job sheets, schedule or any document requested by our clients or internally (Microsoft Excel)
- Packing proof prints and organizing shipping with the help of couriers
- Updating the account management with regard to additional work / costs
